Dr. Lopez relocates full time to WellMed at West Camp Bowie

Effective May 1, 2024, Hector Lopez, MD, will relocate full time to WellMed at West Camp Bowie, located at 8030 Camp Bowie West Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76116.

Because of this change, existing patients will receive a new health plan ID card listing the new clinic address. If the West Camp Bowie clinic location is not convenient, USMD Clearfork has an excellent group of providers who can continue assisting you with your medical needs.

Your medical records will stay with USMD. If you want to see a doctor at another medical clinic, the clinic can send a copy of your medical records to you or your new doctor upon your request.

USMD announces that it is ending services for obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric and urology services through the end of February 2024. This change affects the following clinic and clinicians:
